The Champ-de-Mars, which serves as its backdrop, is a place steeped in incredible history, having been the site of battles, military training, and republican celebrations.

THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the experience? A unique immersion into the history of the Eiffel Tower through an open-air journey across the Champs-de-Mars. Equipped with a virtual reality headset and accompanied by a guide, you will relive major moments from the past in the very places where they happened. A powerful, captivating experience accessible to everyone.
How long does the experience last? The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What time should I arrive? You must arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. Tours depart at fixed times in small groups.
What if I am late? Your ticket is valid only for the selected time slot. In case of delay, the group may already have departed, which could result in the loss of your ticket. In this case, please contact our hotline at +33 1 86 47 61 02 so that we can review possible solutions.
Where is the experience located? The meeting point is at 12 rue Dupont des Loges, 75007 Paris, and you will then leave with your guide to take part in the tour on the Champs-de-Mars.
Is the experience accessible in case of rain? Yes! In case of light rain, the tour will still take place (umbrellas may be provided). If weather conditions become too unfavorable, the tour may be rescheduled. You will be informed and offered a new time slot.
What should I wear? Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes. In case of strong heat: a hat or cap is recommended. Sunglasses are not suitable for the VR headset, but prescription glasses can be worn.
Is the experience suitable for children? Yes, from age 8 and up. The experience is not accessible to children under 8 years old. The scenes are immersive and sometimes impressive, but always appropriate for younger audiences when accompanied. Please note: children remain under the full responsibility of their parents.
Can I come with young children or a stroller? The visit is designed to be hands-free. For this reason, we recommend not coming with a stroller or very young children.
Can I experience it while wearing glasses? Yes, people who wear prescription glasses can enjoy the experience without any problem. The headset will be adjusted by the guide at the beginning of the tour for optimal comfort. However, we do not recommend wearing sunglasses, as they will darken the view inside the headset.
Can I pay in cash on site? Tickets can only be purchased online, so it is not possible to pay in cash on site.
Will there be strobe lights? No. The experience uses images projected inside a virtual reality headset, without aggressive lighting effects.
Will there be a souvenir shop? You will be welcomed in the Symbole de Paris shop, but you will not be able to purchase souvenirs there. However, take-home content (audio, educational material, etc.) will soon be available online.
Are there toilets on site? No, there are no toilets available on site. We recommend making arrangements before or after the experience.
Can I take photos or videos during the experience? Yes, you can take photos during the visit.
Can I buy food or drinks on site? No, no food or drink is sold along the route. We recommend eating before or after the experience at one of the many nearby establishments.
Is it possible to book a group visit? Yes, specific time slots are available for groups (schools, companies, associations, etc.). Please contact us via the dedicated form on our website to organize your visit.
In which language is the experience conducted? The experience is available in French, English, and Spanish.

Where is the experience located? The meeting point is at 12 rue Dupont des Loges, 75007 Paris, and you will then leave with your guide to take part in the tour on the Champs-de-Mars.
How can I get to the experience? Metro: Line 9 – Alma-Marceau (10 min walk), Line 8 – École Militaire (9 min walk)
Bus: Lines 69, 72, 80, 86 and 92 – Bosquet – Saint-Dominique stop (2–3 min walk)
RER: RER C – Pont de l’Alma (7 min walk)
Parking: Indigo Joffre École Militaire, Indigo Alma-George V
Is the visit accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility? The route is accessible for wheelchair users. Holders of a disability card and their companion benefit from the reduced rate.
Is there storage space for personal belongings? There are no lockers available for luggage. We recommend traveling light; a small backpack is allowed as long as your hands remain free.
Can I bring my dog? Although we love animals, dogs cannot participate in the experience for two main reasons: some participants may feel uncomfortable around them, and the VR headset requires both hands, making it difficult to manage a pet at the same time.

Where can I buy tickets? You can buy your tickets online through our website.
You can also purchase tickets through the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store .
Can I buy tickets on site? No, tickets can only be purchased online.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to anyone you choose. Simply click “Transfer Ticket” from your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional assistance, and remember to provide your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your electronic tickets will be validated directly from the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can find your ticket in the Fever app under the “Tickets” section. If you have not yet installed the app, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play . Make sure to log in using the same account used when purchasing your ticket. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
What is the exchange policy? In specific circumstances, we may help you reschedule your tickets to another available date and session. Please contact us for more information and remember to provide your Ticket ID.
